IYAD ABOU GAIDA
FELLOW
Iyad Abou Gaida is a Lebanese architect, curator, and researcher. He worked for offices based in Tokyo, Beirut, and New York. He is currently a research fellow at Terreform One. Iyad's research interest is centered on transcalar architecture and multi-species cohabitation, promoting ecological and humanitarian justice through advancing socio-ecological design. He is a Co-founder of "EcoRove: Shifting territories and the displaced," a platform that examines the politics of critical zone and humans' livelihood and non-human species who dwell there. Iyad received his B.Arch from Lebanese American University and his M.S Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia GSAPP.
