Derek Ziemer
Derek is entering his 5th year as a thesis student in the B.Arch program at Syracuse University. He is currently executing a research project involving plastic bottle consumption and water usage in the Great Lakes Region along with collaborating on the ‘Urbaneering Brooklyn 2110’ exhibition project. He has also begun research for his thesis project that will explore the sustainability of the military’s built environment through the design of a future coastal military installation.
